What a shame as I would like to support my local post office but they need to improve their processes. I do feel for them because they have long lines so would suggest they work on appropriate staffing levels and better parcel management. It’s not an easy process overall but it’ll put less pressure on the staff if they do. Wish you all the best but I won’t be using this branch again. ____ Have no clue about items they have received or sent back. Chaotic and slow. This is my local post office and I really hope they can fix things as it’s currently a mess.
