The man who runs this place is absolutely disrespectful, rude , ignorant and shouldn’t be in customer service. I went here to do a return of a purchase I made from eBay , they sent me the Royal Mail return label that can be taken to the post office and the scan your phone and print the label and send it on its way . I’ve done it before at this location only to go there today 13/08/2024 for him to say to me they don’t do that and he has no label printer . WHAT AN ABSOLUTE LIAR, SIR WHY ARE YOU LYING WHEN I DID A RETURN HERE AND YOU PRINTED THE LABEL AS DIRECTED BY ROYAL MAIL ??? DO NOT GO TO THIS POST OFFICE , COMPLETE RUBBISH.

Friendly staff but honestly managed poorly. An hour to wait to collect a parcel with one member of staff on till who didn’t know the processes. Advice they stop doing some services and just focus on doing less well

What a joke! Been queuing on a Sundat afternoon for 40 minutes to send a small parcel. Obviously its getting busy over the weekends, have you considered opening more cashier desks at the busy days?

If you’ve signed up but aren’t using your nominated branch, it’s at that branch’s discretion whether they have enough change available to fulfil your request.
