But the lady… Today she was hurrying customers in the queue with rough manners and yelling and when was my turn, for no reason, she said the system was down and refused to serve me. After I saw 5 people on front of me doing the same, parcel returns. I felt really bad. They yelled that Royal Mail system was not working without knowing if my parcels were DPD or any other service. I felt kicked off and discriminated after everyone else were doing returns but they just didn’t want to do mine. Was really embarrassing. Is not the first time I’m treated like a criminal there by the mature Indian lady. Never coming back.
