Terrible service. I went to send a package and the person who was there was extremely rude and slow. I approached the window and said hello as she was busy or at least seemed like it, I decided to wait quietly once she notice me, time passed and her coworker spot me and told her I was waiting, regardless of that she still took her sweet time. She wanted me to do everything by myself regardless it was her job to secure and place the label printed by her, I did not argue as I don't like disputes or problems, however she was refusing to take my package and without finishing to serve me I was rudely told to move aside as she wanted to serve the next customer which also was waiting like me. First of all, he wouldn't have been waiting so long if it weren't for the fact that she was taking way too much to do everything. It was exasperating to watch her move like she had all the time in the world. I've never been treated badly in my life and this definitely is the first time that I felt this way. Is quite unbelievably that she is allowed to work in front of people with that attitude.

Really impatient and unkind service. I was spoken to in a patronising way and they were not helpful with postage advice. Avoid.

I like visiting this post office, unfortunately I don’t like the surrounding area, only moved here temporarily and will be moving a long long way away soon (hopefully). What do you do?

It is unfortunate that today I was subjected to one of your employees who is challenged in regards to synonyms & is loud and wrong. I have submitted a formal complaint to the Post Office, for their refusal of service. Normally I wouldn't have but I spent more than five minutes reiterating I am here as per both government & post office instructions that to "register an *old* and *classic* car that is over *41* years old, I need to bring in a V112, an MOT cert, my ID and no previous V11 if it is the first time registering". After putting me through the ringer until I pulled the government instructions, and after she was giving me bullshit information like I need to send it to the DVLA or somehow I need to have a previous exemption paper for a car I am newly seeking an exemption for mind you, this woman went "ohhhh you should've said historic". I did reiterate if this branch doesn't know how to do it I am more than happy to go elsewhere which was a neutral statement but she took it personally. Obviously it is not the job of the Post Office to teach house manners to people who think customer service are a debate run if they are not in the mood, but I will stand my ground and I am more than happy to do it. The only feedback I can give is that it is OK not to know something, and is never an open opportunity to verbally spar with customers just because you had a bad day.

I dint want to give no even one star. I am extremely disappointed with the customer service at this Post Office. The staff are consistently rude, condescending, and speak to customers as if they are stupid. This is not the first time I have experienced this, and it has now reached the point where I have my parcels sent to a different Post Office instead. On my latest visit to collect my parcels, I was repeatedly asked who had delivered them. I genuinely didn’t know, but instead of simply helping me, I was spoken to in a patronising manner and told, and that I would confuse the staff in future by not knowing. The way I was spoken to was completely unnecessary and left me feeling belittled. Ironically, my parcels were found within seconds by checking the collection book. I was with my children, and even they asked me afterwards, “What’s wrong with her?” That says everything about how inappropriate the interaction was. Customer service is about treating people with respect, not making them feel embarrassed for asking a simple question. I hope the staff receive proper customer service training, because no one should be made to feel like this when collecting a parcel.
