When it’s busy, you might have to wait a bit in a queue, but that’s probably because the high street gets very busy but despite this the staff are always very helpful, efficient and do everything they can to get you sorted. A big thank you goes to Emmalyn not sure if I spelled her name correctly. Every time I use this post office, she provides excellent customer service, always quick, kind, helpful, and I notice she goes out of her way to assist everyone. Thank you!
- ZDZaheer DharwarMay 29, 20265.0I visited this post office on 27 May at 10:19 am to withdraw cash and when my turn came up the lady at the counter closed the counter abruptly and when I asked for a reason, she told me it will open after 20 mins and it was a single counter being operated on a week day. I waited for sometime to get my withdrawal. I am giving 5 star rating as I am a post master myself at Stockwell and I know the reasons for closure so here I would be really keen to understand why the only counter being operational gets closed abruptly without any reason? who closes a counter at 1020 am? the lady came out to see her colleague speaking to a customer for DBS check where as she is supposed to be at the Till. I wish I would get a response to my query. This post office should have really worked on their ratings which reflects their services. nevertheless I hope my generous ratings would encourage them to operate better. Sometimes you should expect a customer who could be from the same industry and knows the rules.
