I couldnt agree more with the people who had terrible experience with the old lady. A couple of times I came to pick up my parcel with my passport, she could be as rude as she could be. One time she asked me why i didnt use my last name and another time she asked me i didnt my full name as what was shown on passport. i dont always use my middle name when i shop online, and i have no idea how my name would be printed on the label before its slapped on the parcel. For sure i would not come here randomly without any confirmation email or passport.
P.S. From Multiple experiences with her, i am pretty sure all the 5 stars reviews written here are either written by people she knows or her friends which means FAKE. Seen it with my own eyes, shes not even polite, not to mention to be friendly.

Miserable old man. If you don’t want to give the bare minimum of a hello why even run this in the first place.
