They are slow with service, didn't scan my code but apparently couldn't find my parcel and the woman and young guy in there are both so quiet with a limited use of English I had to cross my own personal space boundaries to be able to hear and understand what they were saying to me. Can't get through on the phone to them either.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but after yet another unpleasant experience with the same staff member, I feel I need to say something.
Every time this particular woman is working, I seem to have a problem. In contrast, the male staff member is always friendly, helpful, and efficient, which is why I usually try to visit when he’s there. Unfortunately, I was in a rush today and couldn’t make it earlier.
When I arrived, there was no queue at the Post Office counter, but there were two elderly customers at the shop counter nearby. As I had my pram with me and the area is very cramped, I waited to allow them to move through before approaching the counter. The staff member clearly saw me waiting. While the elderly customers were finishing up, another customer arrived and walked around to the Post Office side. Despite having seen me waiting first, the staff member insisted on serving the other customer before me.
When I politely explained that I had already been waiting, she dismissed me and said I should have been standing directly in the Post Office queue area. Given the limited space and the fact I was trying to manoeuvre a pram safely, I found this unreasonable. Even the other customer acknowledged that I had been there first and offered to let me go ahead.
The poor attitude continued throughout the transaction. I had several parcels to return, but after processing the first one, she abruptly told me I was finished. When I explained I had more items, she responded rudely and questioned why they weren’t all placed on the small counter at once.
This isn’t an isolated incident. On a previous occasion, she told me a parcel collection wasn’t there. Rather than argue, I left and returned the following day when another staff member was working, and the parcel was found without any issue.
Customer service should be polite, respectful, and helpful. Unfortunately, this staff member consistently comes across as dismissive, impatient, and rude. I’ve also heard similar complaints from other customers. I hope management takes these concerns seriously and provides additional customer service training, as experiences like this reflect poorly on the business.

Went to this post office to return some orders, but the staff said they couldn’t scan the QR code after waiting there for a while and she didn’t even try or offer any alternative solution.
The service was terrible, it was my turn and I wanted to know what's the problem but she went to serve other customers ignoring me.
Went to another branch on the same day and it worked perfectly in minutes.
This was my last time going there.

Dodgy place… make sure to check date on produce and change before buying/leaving and always ask for a receipt if topping up gas/leccy, and personally i would rather walk to scotland and use a post office there than this one😅

Really lovely and helpful staff. Use them all the time. Specially great as they also deal with Evri deliveries so I can sort out all my mail at one place. Big thanks to the staff here 👍 👍 👍
