One member of staff often spends a considerable amount of time explaining why customers cannot leave their parcels there, rather than helping to resolve the issue. This contributes to extremely long queues. The delays appear to be caused by a combination of inexperienced staff, only one counter position being open, and unreliable equipment. I have personally seen the weighing scales being struck in an attempt to make them work. I have also witnessed staff speaking rudely to customers. There is no proper queueing system or floor marking, so customers stand wherever they can, sometimes blocking the entrance. The retail display is equally strange. Much of the stock appears to be low-quality miscellaneous goods, while unlabelled and unpriced bottles of perfume are displayed on a shelf behind the counter. The overall experience is disorganised, frustrating and, at times, genuinely surreal.
