There was about 6 people in front of me queuing and 3 left eventually because the service is very very slow. We're all used to queues at post offices but they usually progress nicely. Unfortunately this is a very small cramped post office and the movements of staff is very slow and in efficient. It's 2 counters only and when a delivery guy comes in to pick up or leave packages he blocks the 2nd counter from being used as I saw today. I'm glad this is not my local post office and that I won't have to come here again because it takes alot of your time in here and can be frustrating. My daughter asked where I had been for so long and it was literally all the time was spent waiting in this post office!

I made a trip specifically to collect a parcel because the Google listing stated the Post Office was open until 18:30. When I arrived, it was closed, and the notice on the door showed that it had actually closed at 13:30. Customers rely on the information provided online when planning their visits. Having incorrect opening times causes unnecessary inconvenience and wasted journeys. Please update your Google listing so that it reflects your actual opening hours.
