- LBL BJun 2, 20261.0Avoid this Post Office at all costs. Have had the worst customer service I have ever experienced here. The opening hours advertised online state that the branch is open until 9pm, but in reality staff often seem to decide for themselves when to close. There have been multiple occasions where customers have arrived expecting the branch to be open, only to find services unavailable earlier than advertised. Went in this week at 8:15pm and was told that they were shut... To make matters worse, the gas top-up machine is frequently out of order. This is not a minor inconvenience, it can leave people unable to top up their gas supply, putting vulnerable residents and families at risk of being left without heating or hot water. On multiple occasions the staff have failed to actually top up the cards, resulting in having to come back to the shop and no apology issued. A Post Office provides an essential service to the local community, and reliability is critical. Unfortunately, the inconsistent opening times, poor communication, recurring equipment failures and mistakes make this branch very difficult to depend on. Significant improvements are needed in both customer service and basic operational standards.

Instead, he only put £10 on the card and didn't give me any change back, hoping I wouldn't notice. When I realized what he did and called him out on it, he had to process the remaining £10. Extremely shady behavior. Keep a close eye on your money and always ask for a receipt here.

It is illegal for an official Post Office branch to sell stamps above the Royal Mail retail price. Post Office branches are contracted by Royal Mail and must sell at face value. WARNING TO OTHERS. BUY YOUR STAMPS ELSEWHERE. THEY ADD AROUND 50p per stamp sold here. £1.42 for a second class stamp when it's 92p. Disgusting unfriendly and an embarrassment.
