- LALuke AddoSep 1, 20261.0Unfortunately, this is my local Post Office, and the level of customer service here is so consistently poor that I sometimes walk 25 minutes to the next nearest branch just to avoid having to deal with the staff here. I have actually avoided leaving a review because, to be honest, I felt that doing so seemed petty. I don’t particularly like complaining or leaving negative reviews, but after the service I received today, I have genuinely had enough I have never experienced such poor customer service, or such an obvious unwillingness to help customers. What should be a simple and straightforward visit is regularly made unnecessarily difficult, and the attitude of the staff can genuinely ruin your day. The small gentleman with glasses is, by far, the worst. If it is your first time using the Post Office, or you are unsure about the process, I would strongly advise going elsewhere. Rather than offering assistance or explaining things clearly, he makes you feel as though you are an inconvenience for asking for help There is absolutely no excuse for treating customers this way. Customer service should involve basic patience, courtesy and a willingness to assist. Unfortunately, none of those seem to be priorities at this branch.

I collect a lot of parcels from there as several companies like to leave parcels on my doorstep, but I’ve never had an issue picking them up from here nor have I when posting out eBay packages. They work really hard in there, often serving multiple customers at once to keep the queue down, they saw me in the queue today and had both my parcels ready when I got to the counter. Keep up the good work!
