- SZShireen Lisa ZenginAug 12, 20261.0They scanned my return label and saw what the items were, but then didn’t actually put my item into the returns bag. I stayed and asked them to put in and seal. He got angry with me but finally did and said aggressively “there you happy?” They were two expensive items. He put them to the side and not in the correct returns box. Same as last time. When refused to get up and put them into the returns box, he threatened to ban me from the post office. I said that there are cameras around and that he was the aggressor. I just simply asked for it to be placed in the correct box. I will get my money back because he scanned the return label, but it’s free shopping for all the staff there. Happening for years!!!!

- ECEssential CustomJun 2, 20261.0Very stinky attitude from the employees. Went there on a Tuesday and they were turning people away 20 minutes before the actual closing time. Loads of people were coming and getting told it’s “closed” even though it clearly wasn’t. I could see inside people were being served. I drove an hour from South London just to pick up a parcel for my mate and even though I explained it to him he still turned me away. They had the closed sign up and this Indian guy standing at the door claiming the post office was shut, while I could literally see inside and there were still people being served. He let another woman go in which made no sense at all. When asked he claimed the woman was using the shops not the post office itself. Inside there were people but the queue wasn't that long Honestly one of the worst experiences I’ve had. Rude staff, zero professionalism and this place should not even be running a post office if this is how customers are treated.
