I just wanted some documents scanned and he was very odd with me, being pedantic and pointlessly rude for no reason. I did get my documents scanned, but I wouldnt go back. I had a problem with an international package that I sent 2 months ago and in the track website was still shown as the parcel hasn't left the country yet. I went there to ask them some information about what it's happening with the item and the lady just reply: I don't know. So I was like if you work here at list you could give some information about . She as a staff working face to the customer service should try to help to the customer instead of say just "I don't know". Apart of that the guy sit next to her was rude as well telling "we don't know so just leave". I ask them that I want a complaint form for my item and she was "go online". I was seriously? I put in risk myself coming here in a pandemic as the rules are "staying home" and as online I couldn't find nothing helpful so I just came here for more information of my parcel. Then, she ignored me avoiding contact eye and looking at his colleague kind of laughing as if I was crazy. I really no recommend this post office, the staff look as if they are there for obligation and they don't offer a personalized customer service.
