My parcel was delivered on Thursday, I tried to collect it on Sunday but they said they were closed, even though the times online said they were open. By the time I tried to collect it on Tuesday morning they had already returned my parcel to the sender. They were really rude to me and could offer no explanation why they did this.

They maybe don’t realise there are plenty of other postal services in the area, nobody’s desperate for their dump. I’ve avoided these cowboys for months now and my life is much happier since, lol.
