- JHJasmine HaskellJun 6, 20264.0The staff are great and friendly even when I have a lot of parcels and the queue is long! It’s a much better experience than I’ve had in other post offices. That being said, the queue is often to the door and they could do with a second person serving. The shop this post office in is having a bit of an identity crisis. They have some food but don’t have a drinks fridge or snacks near the door which seems illogical given that customers often queue for a while and might want to grab something on their way out. There is also part of the shop currently closed off that’s full of crafting goods but you can’t actually get to them, been this way for a few months. Management need to choose their specialism in this shop which should probably just be a post office/corner shop/stationary shop given that there isn’t one in this part of Thamesmead.

However....the ladies are extremely efficient, friendly and helpful!!!! If some people produce several packages to send then yes it is going to cause a que. Live with it, they que the same as everyone else. Give credit to the lovely staff that serve you.
