I am wheelchair bound and often struggle to manoeuvre around local shops: Majority of the time I have to stay outside. However, this wasn't the case with Thamesmead Post Office. I was served by a very kind lady called Pinky, who was unstanding and patient with my needs. It was the same with the rest of the staff as well: They were welcoming and made it possible for me to be able to shop in their store for myself.
