The staff approached the third window in no hurry. At the same time, the woman sitting next to the first window with a mug simply stood up and left, most likely on a break. The time was 12:04. Sorry, but it's not even 2 p.m. when you can say that a person has been working non-stop since the morning. It would be a very nice gesture to stay and serve at least a couple of people out of 13.
