They were also very informative and took the time to explain everything about my purchase. It was my first time using this post office because the one in Penge is honestly hopeless. If you're so inclined, they are also happy to entertain a casual chat. I've dealt with all the staff over time, but recently I've interacted most often with Charlie. She is extremely courteous, friendly and carries a delightfully positive manner and demeanour. She is a real joy to deal with.
