Tracking showed that my parcel was here for collection. Streatham Post Office workers said that it wasn’t, took 4 visits and my persistence for them to finally look properly and discover my parcel.
Each of the first 3 visits the Streatham Post Office workers were rude and very unhelpful, making zero effort to find my parcel.
