On the app it says it's "ready for collection" at Forest Hill Delivery Office even tho I redirected it to this post office after my first missed delivery note. Anyway, I went to Forest Hill but was told it's not there and that in their system shows the redirection of the delivery and probably it just hasn't been scanned at this post office. So I went to the post office today. Tried to explain the situation to the employee there. He pulled up his phone to track my parcel on the app even tho I already told him that on the app says it's at Forest Hill Station but that they have sent me here. He continued explaining, fully disregarding me as if I haven't said anything. Then proceeded to gaslight me that it's been 2 weeks since I got the "something for you" red note therefore it might have already been send back which is wrong, it's been 10 days and on the royal mail app says they keep letters/items for 18 days before sending them back. I'm writing this because the service was "politely disregarding", the way you talk to a child when they're being silly and you're in a rush. He could have simply said I should contact the helpline, rather than being condescending.
