Had an appointment here , decided to take some packages with me to drop off whilet theres a post office here however obviously no one was at the counter (this was 4pm) and one of the workers in whsmith said someone will come by 6. Really surprised me that such a big hospital lacks offering a basic post office

Very unprofessional as the opening times in google doesn’t match with in person…
I went after my night shift, that finishes at 8 and i stuck around half an hour waiting for post office opening, and they said it was closed and to speak to their manager, i wasn’t the only one after a night shift upset about this, they should really adjust their times

Unable to pick up a package on three separate occasions, greeted by a hand different written sign saying Post Office closed on each attempt. Absolutely useless, avoid.

This shop is Nuts!!! Everyday it's short staff and the only person looking after this place is Michelle, she is trying to do magazines, food delivery, tills and post office by herself. I come to the post office everyday and almost every time I go with my parcels I have to take them back and wait until after lunchtime and hopefully I can send my ebay sales to be posted on time for the customer. Please employ more staff...
