- DTDano Trajkovski2 days ago1.0Very poor customer service and a complete waste of time. I first waited around 10–15 minutes to ask about sending my driving licence application and specifically asked how I would pay the fee. I was told, “Don’t worry, you can pay here,” with no mention whatsoever that I would need cash. I then joined another queue and waited roughly 20 minutes, only to be told at the counter that I could not make the payment the way I expected and would need to go away, get cash, come back and queue all over again. Had this been explained properly when I first asked, I could have avoided wasting all that time. Clear information at the beginning would have taken seconds and saved a lot of unnecessary frustration. Very disappointing service, especially when customers have little alternative but to use the Post Office for this type of application.

I was treated very poorly and felt completely humiliated in front of other customers. I would not even give this place one star, but unfortunately, the system would not allow me to leave a review without selecting a rating. I am extremely disappointed with my experience and would not recommend this place.
