- CCcharlesAug 3, 20261.0I went to collect a parcel on Friday 24th July 11.10 am at this Post office. I showed the older brown lady with glasses and blond hair the order details on my phone. She glanced at the details and rudely shouted at me which company. She then shouted at me they don't deliver here without even checking her records or looking for the parcel. I told her the parcel had been delivered yesterday she reluctantly asked to see the details of the order again. She laughed at me saying it was delivered on Wednesday. Then she finally started looking for the parcel. She made me feel like I was bothering her and was extremely rude and dismissive towards me. This is truly shocking as being a customer here for many years to be treated in such an unacceptable and disrespectful manner. This is not the first time I have been treated this way by the same person. It's a shame as the other staff treat me with such respect and good customer service. I was stunned and felt completely humiliated by such abusive and unwarranted poor customer service. She even laughed at me when I said I was going to make a complaint. With so many poor customer reviews of this post office it begs believe that they are allowed to inflict such bad behaviour on the general public.
