- SSSam Soheili4 days ago1.0WORST post office ever! I have visited this post office more than 6 occasions to drop off an Amazon return package and they ALWAYS refuse to take them. Today (Sunday 21st June) I stopped by with a tiny package which the male employee refused to take! He asked to see my QR code and without even scanning it he said “no I don’t have space for this”. It’s always a no from them with Amazon returns, it’s frustrating to queue up and then after waiting to be refused, it feels like they just don’t want to accept Amazon returns and therefore should remove themselves from the service. I have reported you to Amazon multiple times! Disgraceful customer service and lack of care for customers! At least add a sign notifying customers you don’t waste there time queueing for a service you refuse to provide but clearly are paid for!

- AAAJun 13, 20261.04th times I went.to return an Anazon parcel the amazon machine doesn't work and is not been working for long even Amazon shows this branch as a valid selection option. They let you queue as they are not allowed to put a paper or have someone telling every one not to queue as they cant do Amazon... so another trip wasted.. they blame Amazon for this but nothing get fixed. There was not a real manager and even i doubt they have the initiative to not let people wait n come for nothing. Please please improve you are in a prime location and You shd go the extra mile pls improve your customer service do not let people queu n time waste when your machine is not working.
