Fortunately, this is not my local post office; I have used it on occasion when it has been convenient. However, another deeply unpleasant interaction with the server behind the counter has ensured I will not be doing so again. Manners, a smile, particuarly towards people utilising your establishment ie a customer, cost nothing.
