If I could give zero stars for this post office I would. It is run by two middle-aged gentlemen. One is friendly & pleasant. The other main postmaster is rude, obnoxious & intimidating. Today he took my phone from me without asking & then refused to accept my M&S return even though I had all the necessary documentation/QR code etc. He humiliated me in a queue of other customers. I have made an official complaint to the PO about him. Its a shame because the pharmacist and staff are absolutely lovely

They are constantly grumpy and do everything they can to avoid helping. Sometimes they turn you down by saying they can't do simple tasks.

Welcoming, efficient and well liked in the community
EXCEPTIONALLY RUDE- These two men should be strike off from running any sort of post office services. There is often an older man who runs this place, also with an another man with black room glasses. I have raised an official complaint with the post office
Not even one star, it’s appropriate– System won’t let me give it less than that
