They need better customer service training.
I've been using this Post Office drop-off service for several years, and when everything goes smoothly, it's been fine. Unfortunately, my most recent experience was very disappointing.
My latest Amazon return was never marked as received, and after waiting nearly a month without a refund, the tracking still showed that I needed to drop off the item. As I was passing by the Post Office, I went in to ask if they could trace the parcel using the QR code or check whether it had accidentally been left somewhere in the building.
The man at the counter became visibly irritated that I was asking about it after a month. He was impatient, made passive-aggressive remarks, and simply told me to contact Amazon. I did contact Amazon, and it turned out the issue was on their end. I received my refund shortly afterwards, but the unpleasant experience at the Post Office has stayed with me.
No customer should be made to feel like they're an inconvenience for asking a reasonable question. If you run a customer-facing business, you should be prepared to answer customer enquiries professionally and respectfully, even if the issue ultimately isn't your responsibility (but it can).

This place should not pretend to be a Post Office, they don't know what they're doing. I paid to send a parcel with weight up to 20kg, they told me me I only paid for 2kg. Took it it to a proper Post Office who accepted it no problem. Irritating waste of time.

The staff has no morals at all, they treat customers as hell. In addition to the hassle they gave you when they don't understand how the system works. I believe not any work should work in customer service.
