  Absolutely terrible experience at this Post Office. The overall level of service was extremely poor and unfriendly from start to finish. The worst part was the way my parcel was handled. It was treated with absolutely no care and was returned/delivered with a hole in the packaging and visible damage. This is completely unacceptable, especially when you are trusting a Post Office to handle your belongings safely and professionally. On top of this, the staff were unhelpful, unfriendly and showed very little interest in providing decent customer service. A very disappointing experience overall. Poor service, careless handling of parcels and an unfriendly attitude. I would definitely avoid this branch in the future and would not recommend it.

  From multiple experiences, the post office is staffed by incompetent staff with zero respect for time or even cleanliness. Guy picked his nose and wiped it on the package. Then made a queue of customers wait for 10 minutes while he did other things. Pharmacy staff are nice though.

  As someone who frequently sends parcels, this post office is honestly a nightmare when it comes to wait times. I really don’t understand why they don’t have a simple collection/drop-off point for pre-labelled Click & Drop parcels to help reduce the queues. I have a label printer at home, so my parcels are always completely ready to go. It feels incredibly inefficient to wait 15–20 minutes in a queue, only for my parcel to take literally a second to be scanned into the system. It also seems like a waste of everyone’s time, particularly when other customers may need more complex services that require the staff member’s attention. Every other Post Office I’ve used in the past has allowed you to drop off pre-labelled parcels, so I don’t understand why this can’t be implemented here. There is also consistently only one member of staff working at the counter, which makes the long queues even more frustrating. A dedicated drop-off point would surely make things easier for both customers and the staff member. 😭 Hopefully this is something they can consider, because the current setup is unnecessarily slow and inconvenient. 🙏

  I can’t believe this post office has not been forced to shut down. The service is extremely slow, the staff is rude and couldn’t be bothered to speed up despite long queues (instead, they are chewing gum and cracking jokes with each other). If they close at 8pm and you get there at 7.40pm, best believe you will stand in the queue waiting for 20 mins before the shorter guy comes yelling at everyone asking them to leave because the system “ shuts down” at 8pm (pretty sure that’s a lie too). They also don’t care if you’re pregnant waiting for half and hour, they will do the same. Absolutely disgusting service, will never return.
