Not happy with the service they need to improve their customers service otherwise they should close down. There is thousands skilled people out there they can give better service than them?????

i’m not sure what’s going on here but i have not been able to send anything for months as this place is shut all the time yet claim they are open. locals say is a hit and miss with some random dude turning up for work here and there as he pleases. very annoying as there is no other post office in the area. anyone knows what’s going on???

This is, without a doubt, the worst Post Office I have ever dealt with.
For several months now, they have repeatedly not been open during the opening hours they advertise. The staff are extremely rude, loud, unprofessional and completely lacking in basic customer service.
What is particularly shocking is the way they openly discuss customers’ appearance and behaviour while those customers are still inside the building, sometimes before they have even left. It is incredibly unprofessional and frankly embarrassing to witness. They also constantly talk about their private lives while serving customers, roll their eyes at people who ask perfectly basic questions, and make customers feel like they are an inconvenience.
There is also a very obvious sense of favouritism towards their regular customers/"their own people", which is extremely unpleasant, unfair and unprofessional.
I have genuinely never experienced this level of rudeness and incompetence from a Post Office before. Avoid this branch if you possibly can. I absolutely do not recommend using it.

Irregular Opening Times - this is the 3rd Day I have come to find it closed early. Neighbouring shops say that they close anytime they feel like - sometimes 12pm, sometimes 2/3pm …. Some days they don’t bother even opening. There’s no signs or notice on the shutters to state their operation hours.
Today, I’ve come at 4:40PM and they’re shut!
Ever so frustrating 😒

3rd time this week i found the post office closed in the afternoon. They said they are having employee shortages. It’s very annoying
update: finally caught the shop open, ready to give them hell but instead humbled when i heard this was caused due to owner being very sick with cancer and they can't even predict at which time they will be open or not during the day. I still think they could've put an announcement paper saying something like "due to medical issues, afternoon opennings will be sporadic" or something like that. but at the end of the day, I can't be mad about them while they are fighting for their life.
