- PNPaula NSep 22, 20261.0Shop is regularly closed despite opening hours saying they’re open. Twice they’ve lost my parcels too — tracking number stated the parcel had arrived, I went to pick it up promptly, and they had no idea where it was and blamed the courier. Seeing other reviews this is obviously a frequent occurrence. Use the post office on Bow Road, they’re much more reliable and friendly there.

Sadly it's the closest for me so most of the time I don't have a choice. Just 1 guy at the counter and that too he's super clueless hence hold an attitude he thinks so much of himself not helpful or polite at all. Just wants people to purchase his envelopes etc. All after making money no morals and zero work ethics. They need to update the closing time too. It's not the place it's the people who work there are to blame
