Completely clueless staff on amazon returns. They never bothered to notify that their paperless return system was broken, made us all wait at least 20 minutes and the guy made sure he kept it super secret till you wasted enough of your day and reached the tilt. And then he pointed me to the next branch for returns which was completely the wrong one. Five stars on wasting people’s time and being unable to divide basic information.

Unfriendly service, always long queues. If anyone else than the not-so-royal Post Office would treat customers like this, they'd be out of business in no time... Looking forward to the day when this kind of 1960ies style offices become obsolete!
