I arrived to return a parcel and was met by a young staff member who immediately started raising his voice and speaking aggressively. I explained that I wasn’t aware the Post Office counter had already closed, but instead of treating a customer with basic respect, he continued shouting. Rude, unprofessional and completely unacceptable behaviour. I will not be returning and would strongly advise management to address how customers are spoken to. ⭐ 0/5

He ended up giving me my parcel literally by 8:57 it was done. If u close at 9, u close at 9 sir! Never again 👎🏻

The guy opening up the counter routinely runs late (due to the rain, the bus being delay, the tube not working…). My recommendation: done show up before 10:30am
