- CMClemmy MartinAug 1, 20221.0I got my item delivered to the post office and I had a notification from royal mail that it was there ready to collect. The post office state they have never received the parcel, even though there is proof from royal mail that it was scanned in at the counter. The post master was very unhelpful, refused to double check out the back, show me his cameras or look on his system he just stated 'we dont have it' this parcel contained £200 pounds worth of clothes and I am still out of pocket weeks later. I believe the post office lost my parcel or something happened to it.

But there is one member of staff that normally serves on the right till straight opposite the entrance, that seems to not know what he's doing. Apart from being really slow with everything, he managed to mistype ALL of the abroad addresses, then he would point with his hands without talking to me and then get annoyed with everything around him and making you feel extremely uncomfortable.

The man behind the till refused to send a postcard-sized envelope (with a postcard in it) overseas without a customs form. When I explained that I mail these out almost weekly without issue, as they meet the weight and size requirement for doing so, he simply said "take it or leave it". I took it -- to another post office, and sent it without issues, as I always do.
