I have seen her treat another customer like this when I last was using the post office two times before. If I see this behaviour once more, I will not return or use this post office facility - there are plenty of other places to get these services in West Ealing, Ealing and Southall, and I will vote with my feet. It's a shame that Nitesh is so good, and she the opposite, in terms of how they approach customers.
