This place has the most arrogant staff I have ever encountered. I was collecting my parcel, and forgot to bring a physical ID. He asked if I have a bank card, I said I do and its in a card case. I tried taking my card out but it was difficult, the staff offered to help. I handed him my card case and warned him to be careful not to break it. He forced to open my card case which resulted to it getting a crack - I warned him not to force it. In all sense, I wouldn't have mind if my parcel wasn't released because they weren't satisfied with my ID - its not the end of the world. But for him to cause damaged on my property isn’t acceptable. The worse part was his arrogance! He was so arrogant about it, saying he'll pay for it. Like he probably expect me to give him a price and everything will be fine. The card case was a gift from someone important and he just recklessly broke it. And the other worse part, the other staff couldn't even care to help fix the situation - the woman was ambivalent to the fact that her colleague had done something wrong, didn't even bother stepping up to mitigate the situation. They can downplay the situation however they want it, but it clearly shows their lack of care for their customers (and probably to the parcels too!)
