- FKFahima Khanom3 days ago1.0Today my son wanted to buy a toy car so when i was paying the man was looking at the price and shrugged his shoulders. So this made me look at my account to see that he charged me more than the toy itself. Toy was 3.99 he charge me 4.49. Yes, it's only a 50p difference but it's the fact that he is doing it knowingly. So be careful when you buy things from here they will try scam you.
- SESchofield Eugene5 days ago1.0Terrible customer service, went to the service desk to attempt to get my passport photos done when speaking to the lady at the desk, she just showed me away and said go over there. Then when after waiting in the next cue I spoke to the customer service assistant at the other side and he told me it wasn't working and then I said why would the lady tell me to come see you if it wasn't working, then he told me to come back in half an hr, and then I asked will it be working in half an hr, and he said yes. Absolutely shocking customer service!!!! Terrible

No matter how carefully I count the money before going there, somehow the amount they count is always less. This has happened to me twice now. I'm writing this review to warn others: Please be very careful when depositing money here and sure you count and check everything carefully before leaving or the best thing is not to go there to deposit money. 😔

I visited three separate times, bringing different documents each time, but the staff still refused to accept them without giving me a clear reason. It caused me a lot of unnecessary hassle and wasted my time. What made it even more frustrating is that the exact same document was accepted immediately at Whitechapel Post Office on the very same day. The staff here were rude, unhelpful, and unprofessional. I will never use this Post Office again and cannot recommend it to others.
