- FSFilippo S.3 days ago1.0I had an extremely disappointing experience with this Post Office branch. My parcel tracking clearly showed that the item had been delivered on Monday 22 June. I visited this branch four separate times, each time providing the tracking number and asking staff to check properly. Every single time, I was told that they did not have my parcel. At one point I was even told that it may have been delivered next door instead. I contacted the neighbouring address myself and was told that situations like this apparently cause confusion more often than they should. After multiple visits, several phone calls, and insisting today that all stored parcels be checked again, my parcel was finally found — inside the Post Office all along. What is most frustrating is not the delay itself, but the complete lack of ownership and willingness to investigate properly from the beginning. As a customer, I should not have to do all the tracking, call neighbouring properties, and repeatedly return just to receive an item that was already there. Based on my experience, I would strongly recommend avoiding this branch if you expect reliable parcel handling or customer support. Very disappointing service.

She then continued the transaction without saying another word and appeared visibly unfriendly throughout. When she handed me my receipt, she still didn’t speak or acknowledge me. Unfortunately, this isn’t the first time I’ve been served by her in this manner. I find her attitude rude, unprofessional, and disappointing from a customer service perspective

Why did my Post Office refuse to issue change?
If you’ve registered for the Change Giving service, you shouldn’t be refused change at your nominated Post Office branch.
