  Several customers have been waiting to be served since 1:45 pm, even though the post office is supposed to close at 2:00 pm, and there is no one here. As I was arriving at around 1:45 pm, I saw someone opening the door to leave. I tried calling out to him, but he simply closed the door and walked away, leaving all the lights switched off. There were already several customers waiting to be served. I find this extremely disrespectful to the seven people who are here waiting and who rushed to arrive on time. It’s absolutely unacceptable. If you don’t want to do your job, then don’t do it, but leaving when you can clearly see customers arriving and waiting to be served is completely unprofessional and disrespectful.

  Staff (not the main staff) but this particular guy miserable and rude. It’s the most depressing experience

  Don’t order your parcels here. Worst service with 0 sense of communication of post office is person. Waste of time and frustrating I visited twice (on different timings) 1st thing is that you guys close the service at your own timings without informing online or correcting it in google maps + it’s very unprofessional Customers visit there according to the timings you mention but then they have to go back 2nd I got an email saying your parcel has arrived at the post office, when i went there he mentioned it havent arrived whereas i had the email with me (only because he can’t fine the parcel, he send me back) again waste of time 3rd I saw how you handle the small packages of parcel, throwing and handling it improperly which made me realise to never again use the service I collected my thing today (after one week and it’s very frustrating)

  The customer Service I received today was very poor . I was in the middle of writing up my parcel when the lights went out . I thought it was a power cut . Only to realise that the man at the till switch the lights off because it was his break time and I was his last customer before his break so he began hurrying me along I asked him to put the lights back on so I could see what I was writing. He proceeded to shine his phone light on my parcel instead. He checked me out and I went to the exit to find it blocked off by boxes and suitcase to prevent other customers coming in . . I felt under valued as a customer. He didn’t even apologise.

  Convenient location. Unfortunately, that's where the positives end. I went in for euros, nearly walked out with dollars, and spent the rest of the interaction trying to obtain the confidence that my money hadn't disappeared into a bureaucratic black hole. Mistakes happen. What was more concerning was the complete absence of any meaningful reassurance, ownership, or even basic customer service while the mistake was being corrected. The prevailing attitude seemed to be that I should find the situation far less worrying than it actually was. I don't expect perfection, but when a business makes a mistake involving my money, I'd at least like enough reassurance to believe the solution is more sophisticated than "trust us."... A phrase that inevitably loses some of its charm immediately after you've tried to give me the wrong currency. I'd avoid this branch unless you're looking for a practical demonstration of how not to handle a simple mistake.
