- SSSadieSep 10, 20261.0This is my local post office and everytime I go it’s a queue out the door. There’s usually 1-2 staff on, parcels take ages to find in the back and staff dictate how parcels can be labelled seemingly at will instead of based on royal mails rules. This time when I went in staff had a go at me and told me they were tired and hadn’t eaten yet. I totally sympathise with that but it’s really not personal I just want my parcel lol. whoever is in charge needs to employ more people or organise a better system.

Unfortunately for me I selected this location to collect my Shein package by mistake. He sat took the details from my mobile and demanded id but refused to give my package. At other locations I just present my bank cardand there is no problem. Last year I had pre paid postage package to post. He immediately charged me £32.00,even though I already had the QR code. Even when I visited there 2 weeks ago he was bullying and elderly lady. The younger tellers are much better at customer service. It was one them that gave me my parcel because I had my over 60 travel card. These older men need to retire because they are too grumpy. From now on I will avoid this post office.
