I was asked questions about the contents of my parcel before posting, and despite the item later showing as accepted into the postal system, it never reached its destination. Since then, I have had to deal with Royal Mail's lengthy and frustrating claims process. Of course, others may have had different experiences, but I would personally advise exercising caution when using this branch for valuable or time-sensitive items.
