- DJDavid JolleyMay 13, 20255.0I was really pleased with my recent visit to the paddington quay branch where jacob assisted me with a high value parcel. I found him very friendly and patient and I left feeling very happy with the service, because this is in great contrast to my experience at different nearby branch earlier that day which had left me reluctant to seek the services of the post office. I am surprised, but pleasantly surprised. Thank you jacob.
