- AAAJul 14, 20261.0Be careful when using this post office. I was asked whether I wanted tracking, and when I said yes, I was not given any information about the available options. The staff member automatically selected the most expensive service, “Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed 1pm™”, which I did not ask for and was not told was being chosen. (It was my first time using a post office in the UK, and I only realised what service had been selected after checking the tracking status online) Also, I sent it on Saturday, yet the parcel only arrived on Tuesday by 1pm. Apparently, parcels are not collected on Saturdays, but I was not informed of this at the counter. I was also not told about the delivery timeframe at all either.

After the battle and checking the cameras I got my change back all on the same day. How could you lie and the building has cameras every where. I think this woman needs further staff training after she admitted she was confused but the bill payments. I will never return to this post office ever again in the SE1 area.
