There are 2 counter staff in this Post Office who actually care about the customers. There are 2 more that absolutely aren't there to help you at all. Unfortunately I tend to get these two. One looks you up and down before you get to her like you are something that fell out of her general waste bin. The other is just genuinely rude and you are obviously taking the mick by asking her to do anything, like look for your delivery. I don't mind people that hate their job, as long as they are doing it competently and are at least pretending to be polite. When I have to emphasise the "Thank you" at the end of the transaction, its not because I'm being rude, its because they haven't even thought about saying it to me, as a customer. Come on people, if you don't like the job, don't do it. I don't have much choice but to use you, so please just pretend to be nice!

I have to apologize to the wonderful woman at Norwood post office. They have always been both professional and Friendly every time I go in and I'm in there about 2/3 time a week to collect my packages and as great as they have always been I have been remiss by not acknowledging them, not one or the other, they are all excellent and I do appreciate them.
Ladies thank you for your service.
See y'all soon đź«‚

I have always been happy with the service, until three/four years ago when something's changed. The staff are not as kind as they used to be - I can live with it, but three of my letters posted at their office have been 'lost' and/or delayed for 4 weeks. I am not sure the post box inside the office is emptied on a daily basis, never mind twice a day. But every time I ask for my letter to be dropped directly into one of the postbags hanging behind the clerks, they refuse and point me to the said postbox.

Rude staff, need new staff immediately. Especially that mummified old white woman as well as the brown one.
