Unfortunately one of my parcels went missing, I did not check if it was taken in the secure counter. I checked the tracking had said it’s still in at Post Office, after a couple of days of asking what happened to my parcel they gave me misinformation that tracking doesn’t show but Royal Mail told me otherwise. I asked them to check their CCTV so I can check if it was stolen and they did not have the curtesy to call me back. Unfortunately it was an expensive item and it shows they do not care to investigate for their customers.
