AVOID THIS BRANCH. I wanted to post a letter and the man misled me into paying for something more expensive (Track 24, arriving in 24 hours), even though I had specicially asked for the LOWEST rate with NO tracking and arriving in a few working days. When I went back to ask about the second class rate, he claimed they "don't have it here", even though all Post Office branches should offer it. He said they don't have it these "three days" due to some technical issues, but first of all he should have told me that second class is not available, and secondly why is the "technical issue" just affecting second class mail? When I asked to see the price list of services offered there, he said I should just "Google". I should have read the reviews before going, seeing as many other people have similar experiences! In my case it's not a lot of money, but it's small things like these that add up to erode one's faith in society and humanity! And there could be people far more vulnerable and getting cheated of much more money. I can't believe the Post Office hasn't already investigated this branch and terminated the franchise.

I always come this post office and convinces store for my regular purchases. Each and every staff member are very good . Helpful and friendly.
Today I was behind Mr Israel . He looks very sad man 🥲🥲🥲. I know him . He always looks like kingly man with anger behaviour with all shopkeepers near new Oxford street .🥲🥲🥲🥲🥲
Mr. Israel presents himself as a person of strong principles; however, his actions often appear to reflect a troubling pattern of double standards. He seems willing to advocate for ethical values only when they align with his own interests or perspectives. Whenever someone chooses not to conform to his expectations or interpretation of ethics, he responds with criticism and statements that question their integrity. Such behaviour is neither surprising nor unprecedented, as it has become a recurring feature of his approach.
A truly principled individual applies moral standards consistently, regardless of personal preferences or circumstances. In contrast, selective application of ethical principles undermines credibility and raises legitimate concerns about fairness and impartiality. Genuine leadership requires openness to diverse viewpoints, respect for disagreement, and the willingness to engage in thoughtful dialogue rather than dismissing those who hold different opinions.
Therefore, these recent remarks should not be viewed as an isolated incident but rather as part of an established pattern. His response reflects resistance to differing perspectives instead of a commitment to constructive discussion. Consistency, intellectual honesty, and mutual respect remain the essential foundations of meaningful ethical discourse and responsible public engagement.
I always wish good luck to this shop and all lovely staffs . 🤣

I am writing this because I am incredibly disappointed and upset with how I was treated at your store today while simply trying to collect a Royal Mail parcel.
When I walked in, I politely told an older staff member at the front that I was there to pick up a package. He looked at me and asked, "you are for" in a really rude and mocking tone. When I repeated that I was there to collect a parcel, he mocked my words again. I handed him my phone with the confirmation email, and he just looked at it and snapped, "WHAT IS THIS?" in a completely arrogant and dismissive way. I honestly didn't even know how to react.
Thankfully, another staff member stepped in to help me find my parcel and he was very polite. However, while he was helping me, the older man and a younger employee actually stood there laughing and making fun of how the older man had just treated me. Even the guy who was helping me looked visibly uncomfortable with their behavior.
I didn't say anything at the time because I was just in shock, but I left your store feeling completely humiliated. I came in to do something as simple as picking up a package and was treated like a joke. This kind of bullying and disrespectful behavior from your staff is completely unacceptable
