- RCRobert CSep 24, 20253.0Thankfully, I rarely need a Post Office these days, but each time I've used this one over the last year going here has been rather frustrating. The self-service machines are never in service which means you always have to queue just to post a simple letter. I feel they are deliberately disabled as when they used to work, there always seemed to be a member of staff standing by them to show you how to use them (which kinda defeats the point of the machines and wasn't needed in most cases!). At the busy lunch period, there are never more than two people serving. Once you get to the front of the queue and actually get served, the team are always friendly and helpful, it just takes far too long to unnecessarily get to that point!
