The owner on the counter follows procedures carefully, and rightly so. Compliance is real and he has to follow protocol. After everything postmasters have been through, I commend this family for their service. He knows his regulars and is a genuinely nice man, and his son is wonderful with elderly customers and locals. As a last minute person, I can say they have gone above and beyond for my business, even getting urgent legal documents onto the final collection. If he were as bad as some say, why would he bother? We get our Sunday Times here, and my 101 year old grandmother loves the sweets I buy for her. The area needs businesses like this, and I'm happy to pay a little more to support them. Highly recommended.
