I have never experienced such unprofessional/ unpleasantness from a Post Office employee. She was so so unhelpful. I ended up walking to London Bridge PO and was dealt with effectively and professionally

Hard to believe how bad it was .....

Instead of helping, I was told they were busy with customers and had to come in person, and the call was ended before I can interject. It seems far more efficient to spend a few seconds confirming whether the package is there than requiring customers to visit and wait in line for no reason. Ridiculous customer service.
