  I am very happy with how my business cards turned out. They feel and look great. The shiny grand piano shapes is just so unique, a great feature. 50 business cards were gone immediately, so I bought another 200. I appreciate their work.

  I ordered a batch of postcards from MOO, and delivery to Australia took about two weeks, which was perfectly reasonable. When the cards arrived, the image side looked fantastic, but I was disappointed to discover that the trim marks had been printed on the address side. I had assumed they were only design guides and would not appear on the finished cards. Unfortunately, this meant I could not supply them to my retailer. After some initial frustration, I contacted MOO and realised the mistake was largely mine because I had not carefully checked the PDF proof before placing the order. That proof really does need to be inspected closely before clicking the “Order” button. Marc from MOO was extremely understanding and, much to my surprise, offered to reprint the entire order at no additional cost. I gratefully accepted and redesigned the cards using the “Upload a Full Design” option rather than the “Design Here Online” option, which I had found a little confusing. I am now awaiting the replacement cards and hoping I have checked everything properly this time! Overall, MOO handled the situation with exceptional fairness and customer service. Their print quality is first-class, and I greatly appreciate Marc’s help and generosity. Thank you, Marc and MOO!

  Pretty crap, didn't even centre the cards, low quality printing, i'm sure there are better print companies out there!
