I paid for tracking with UPS only for my order to be over a week late and now they have sent my order with Evri, who are known to be awful for shipments. My recent order was supposed to arrive yesterday however my package was picked up on the 13th by Evri and has not moved or been processed since. This is going to cost me money through loss of business. MOO do not bother themselves to reply to you in a timely manner either, awful company and terrible business practices.

I would highly recommend using another company to print your cards - their luxe range is rather lacklustre for the price you are paying. The customer service is all over the place and they do little to nothing to compensate the customer in any way or form. Would highly recommend using another company!!
