- AAAyesha Ali2 days ago1.0I came to collect my parcel today and unfortunately had a very unpleasant experience. The woman at the counter was extremely rude and kept pointing her fingers at me simply because she couldn’t find my parcel. She then started “kissing her teeth,” which I found very disrespectful and unprofessional. I understand that parcels can sometimes be difficult to locate, but there is no reason for customers to be treated this way. I hope the staff can be reminded to communicate with customers respectfully, even when there is an issue.
