Staff are very helpful and welcoming. Really appreciate the help given when sending a DHL parcel as the gentleman was very kind and helped me through the booking process explaining each step as it was my first time doing so through a collection point. One of the best services compared to other post offices closeby plus the aisles are clean and products well displayed. Thanks for making the process stress-free ☺️

I have visited this location several times and the manager is always helpful, but the service today was terrible. The male staff member working was very unprofessional and unhelpful.
I went to drop off a DHL parcel and provided the barcode to be scanned, which should automatically print the label. Despite me showing him the 'DHL Shipment Drop Off E-Receipt' email, he insisted that I had to provide the label myself. I spent 30minutes there and he still couldn’t figure it out. It’s ridiculous that a staff member doesn’t know how to process a standard barcode scan. I’m very disappointed with the lack of training !!!
