It's a bit of a lottery, one day you'll deal with nice, professional staff and the other day you'll end up with the older guy always trying to scam you with outrageous quotes for a simple envelope. 31g envelope quoted at a whopping £9.99 for shipping in the UK (tracked) ! I had to insist for other options and he reluctantly offered £5.95 with a warning "It will take a week, probably more". The envelope arrived the next day. Pure extortion, just go to Wimbledon post office, people are way nicer and they always offer the Evri option, average quote there is at least 50% cheaper than in this scamming centre.

This is the worst post office I’ve been to. There is one older man who works there who is extremely rude and clearly doesn’t want to be dealing with customers anymore. His attitude is consistently negative and unhelpful, which makes every visit unpleasant. If he is this unhappy in the job, it might be time for him to retire. Customer service should not feel like you are bothering the person serving you.

Nicest staff, always smiling and having a chat. Busy post office and limited space but they're doing a great job.
