A truly terrible experience. Came in to pick up a parcel & I was super clear about all the details as soon as I approached the desk. The main guy who works there was awful about it. He flat out refused to do anything about assisting with my pickup (which I knew for a fact was at this location). Extremely frustrating but stayed calm through out the whole situation & literally 40 minutes later he proceed to open his diary which was right next to him the whole time, flick to the date of the delivery and my name is in handwriting right there. Took 2 seconds to grab my parcel, as simple as that.. Yet he wasted 40 minutes telling me it was impossible and that I would need to contact the courier. Even started raising his voice at me towards the end because I mentioned that it didn't need to be that difficult, all while keeping the same tone I walked in with. Clearly hates his job and its a shame he projects that onto other people just going about their day. Not what the world needs.

The new lady at the post office desk is rude and abrupt. She clearly hates her job and shouldn't work there.

Sent an item here for buyer collection and the item was never collected but they won’t hand over my parcel to Royal Mail to return to sender. Been 2 months where they’ve kept it - or shall I say stolen it.
