I went to pick up a parcel and she asked me 10 times in the rudest possible way what parcel it was and what company it was and what the item was (it was a Vinted so I wouldn’t know parcel size, if it comes in a box etc and it wouldn’t matter what item it is anyways). I appreciate they might get hundreds of parcels a day and she might want to roughly know some details to identify what parcel was mine but she asked rudely and repeatedly and also managed to lecture me at the same time when I said it was Evri by mistake lol. She also asked for my ID 10 times. She’ll take it and then give it back to me and ask for it again :) It was definitely an experience.

She grunted her way through my enquiry, and the exchange rate was very high. If this is how they treat staff, I feel very sorry for the staff.
